PHYSICAL THERAPY
What is an injury assessment? An injury evaluation helps to determine the extent and nature of a health issue, necessary or recommended medical treatment(s) and referral(s), a proper rehabilitation protocol, return to play, verification for medical insurance and payment, and documentation of the frequency of health issues.
$120-$190
BODYWORK 30/60/90
Sessions are typically 60 or 90 minutes (5 minutes for pre-interview, instructions, and client getting ready for session; 50 or 80 minutes of bodywork; 5 minutes to get dressed and checkout). Depending on the techniques used, a session can range from very relaxing to very intense. The client is usually receiving structural, myofascial, or injury massage involving cupping, Graston and stretching and should wear athletic clothing. This allows the therapist to move the client, stretch them, and get them into different positions that make the session more effective.
$80 - $180
RECOVERY+
The Icebox is designed to fit 5-7 people. This is a great unit to have when you want to treat multiple people at once. Temperature ranges from 42º – 104ºF.

A specially trained physical therapist uses a thin needle to release muscle tightness, ease tendonitis and inflammation, and/or promote healing. Dry Needling can provide structural, biochemical, and electrical changes in the properties of muscle. That allows the muscle to function more effectively, reducing recovery time and time off due to injury.

It is used to help diagnose sprains, strains, tears, trapped nerves, arthritis and other musculoskeletal conditions. Ultrasound is safe, noninvasive, and does not use ionizing radiation.
